That's what you get when you let your heart win!

I love paramore...their song "That's what you get" is so catchy haha.

I'm back in my dorm. The weekends always go by so ridiculously fast! It's sad! But this weekend will be a long one, since we don't have classes on Labor Day. I didn't have too much homework to do, but I thought I did. Then one by one my teachers emailed me pushing back the deadlines for the homework so needless to say I was very happy. I watched District 9 with my family...that was really intense! I don't know but I got a political vibe from that movie. I honestly thought it was more intense than the Saw movies lol. I guess it's because I've always had more compassion for all the other species except for our own. I love animals so much it really pains me to hear about animal testing and abuse.

We also watched The Killing Room yesterday night...it was really strange. I didn't think it would end the way it did and I kind of wish it had a more exciting ending. So overall I had a pretty good weekend, I also went to the mall and bought a few tokidoki things. I looovvvveeee tokidoki haha. I got a cute calendar and one of those little cactus pups vinyl toys. There's a picture of it up there. It's blind box so you don't know what you're going to get! It even comes with it's own tiny little soccer ball haha.

I should probably end this soon and study for my japanese hiragana quiz haha. I completely forgot that I had to do 4 workbook pages worth of work and study for that quiz...the sad part is that I wrote all this down in my planner I just forgot to open it up and look at it. :P I'm super excited about my new knowledge haha I've been converting everything into hiragana and I've been searching the house for anything that has japanese writing on it. It's kind of hard though because I haven't learned katakana and kanji yet but I'm sure we'll be starting that very soon!

Friday tomorrow...yay :)

It'll be a busy day tomorrow but hey, it's gonna be Friday! This week went by sooo fast. I guess it's because of the 2394807 quizzes we've been having in Japanese. I've been getting 100s on all the hiragana quizzes and I am so proud of myself!

College life is still going pretty good, despite the annoyingness of some of my suitemates. It seems to me that they like bad smells because they're always complaining about the good ones. In the bathroom they'd be like "OMG it smells like Febreze in here...I can't breathe!" or "OMG it smells like someone took a bath!!" or "It smells like Febreze...someone must have taken a dump."

Ahem, first of all, I like the smell of Febreze, and so do a lot of people! Second, I also like the smell of someone after they have taken a bath! At least it's better than the smell of someone who HADN'T taken a bath. I'd really rather smell Febreze than the smell that it's trying to hide. So maybe they don't want me to use Febreze if I go to the bathroom :P I personally think there are many things wrong with them but whatever, I'll just hope and pray to God that I never have them as suitemates again.

The people here are still really fun haha. I've been having japanese study sessions with a friend of mine and although he can be very ADDish and likes playing World of Warcraft a little too much, he CAN be nice. If he didn't like to play hit me so much then I'd probably like him as more than a friend haha. He's cute too!

As for writing, I seriously have not even opened up Microsoft word to do anything but write essays for english. I'll try, but I've been having a bit of writer's block about how the mission with Lord Kojuro should go...hmm...I have already planned out the entrance of the new characters though!

Those cute shoes were so not worth the scraped up heels I got from wearing them (-_-)

Hi! Remember that japanese quiz i was talking about? The first quiz we took? We got it back today and I got a 60 :P But I made up for it on today's quiz! I'm pretty damn sure I made an 100 on it!

My day ended at like 2:20 today...yessss. And tomorrow I only have English! Even though I have an 8 am lecture at least it's psychology because it's definitely the most interesting class I have.

Oh yes I have to talk about my cute shoes disaster haha. I bought some cute new flats over the weekend and I was really excited to wear them today along with my other new clothes. Well they were starting to really hurt when I was leaving the dorm but I didn't think about how much it would hurt later and so that's why I didn't go back and change shoes. By the time I got to my psychology class the pain was definitely harder to ignore. I think I started limping halfway there haha and once I sat in my seat I checked out my foot and sure enough, the back of my heel was rubbed off and it was really raw! It was gross lol. I tried to put a napkin in the shoe where the heel was but that totally didn't seem like it was going to work so I decided that after class I had to go back to the dorm and change shoes. There's an hour gap between psychology and my math class anyway.

Needless to say the walk back was excruciating. Not only was my heel hurting but the other side of my feet (where the pinky toes are) were getting blisters! I was trying really hard not to limp at first but then I ended up limping the rest of the way back haha. I would alternate between walking really fast and walking really slow because I really just wanted to get back to the dorm ASAP. I was so relieved when I got back. Thank god my mom wanted me to take our expired tube of Bactroban. Expired or not, that stuff works like a dream. So I had to break out my little first aid kit and put a bandaid on my severely worsened heel. The entire top layer was GONE and it was bloody (>.<) It hurt like shit!!! I think it's doing okay now since I'm just sitting here. It'll be awhile before I can wear shoes that aren't my Etnies though.

Nasty stuff aside haha I have pictures!! There's my little area where I get ready in the morning, and my bed, my desk and my lovely Prison Break poster. I forgot to take a pic of the area above my desk but it pretty much just has pics of me and my family, my tiny CSI poster, and a framed geisha decoration thing. And there's the picture of my Japanese book! Yay! I'll be able to read japanese stuff soon!

Oh and there's the necklace my dad ordered for me! Isn't it adorable? It's Sleeping Beauty sleeping on a bed of roses.

Okay back to studying I go! My Tenchu story is still going to have to wait for now...sorry!!!!

Going back today

Well I am home for a short little break! But I am leaving in a few hours to go back lol. I pretty much just did my laundry and packed a few things that I forgot. I also bought more food to bring back to the dorm because sometimes the food in the dining hall isn't that great XD

I am really loving college! I was so worried that I'd have a hard time adjusting but that didn't happen at all! The people here are great, they just come up to you and start talking! It isn't like in high school where everyone sticks with their little groups, people include you and make an effort to be your friend. The only thing I don't like is the work haha. I had so much homework this weekend! And maybe coming home wasn't such a good idea because you know there's lots of distractions here. My family wanted me to go out and do stuff with them and while I really did like spending time with them...I had a lot of homework to do! And it's not the really simple homework like in high school that takes like 5 minutes, college homework is NO JOKE. I have ANOTHER japanese hiragana quiz tomorrow that I really should be studying for haha. I also have to finish reading chapter 1 of my psych book and I have to read this mind numbingly boring essay about civil religion for English. Oh yeah and I have to write a short little essay about what I read also (-_-)

Well my dad just came in and said that we better leave now so we can be early. He has to set up our wireless and our DVD player in our room. My super cute necklace that I ordered from Etsy arrived while I was at college and I finally got to see it! I'll post a pic of it later haha it's adorable!

Procrastinating

Yup. I actually have a japanese hiragana quiz tomorrow and I really should be studying lol. I got most of them down, like a, e, i, u, ke, ko, and ki i just have 2 left to memorize.

Tomorrow is going to be a crazy day...and i mean CRAZY. I've got 5 classes starting at 8:05 AM. Intro to psych, math, japanese, orientation to psych and english. The good news is that my last class ends at 2:20.

Today was pretty cool since I only had 2 classes. Really I'm supposed to have 3 but I didn't have to go to my math lab. English was...okay. It's the first class where I actually felt really sleepy and I had an incredible urge to just lay my head down on my desk lol. We're going to be doing a lot of writing and research papers which I hate. I like writing fiction and stuff but not essays and research papers. We have a writing sample due on Friday...yay. Japanese was fun though, our teacher greets us with "konnichi wa" and of course we're expected to say it back. Some people didn't get the hint though lol and just smiled and sat down or said hi in english. Our teacher would keep saying konnichi wa until they said it back haha. We are learning how to write and read hiragana! And i learned how to write my name in katakana!

Bye for now!

College life

Okay! So I'm here and all settled in my huge college. The first day of classes is on Wednesday an I've got an 8:05 AM class! I don't mind it so much since I can get ready before everyone else and I won't have to wait in line or anything. I remember that I hated getting up for high school haha but now I actually appreciate it!

I've got all my books and stuff and I have way more than my room mate lol. I'm particularly excited about my japanese classes! It's 101 so it shouldn't be brutally hard, I already know more than a few words and phrases but i found out that they will also teach is how to read and write, which I have no previous knowledge of.

So far it's been fun. It's still an adjustment about sharing bathrooms with my 7 suitemates lol. I really miss my dog Prince...he's always so noisy haha. I actually miss that. Move in day wasn't so hectic as I thought it would be and now I'm pretty much settled!

The next chapter of Tenchu: The Flames of Fudo will have to wait for a bit while I get acquainted with my new home away from home. But don't worry I won't abandon you guys for a second time!

I got a clay oven :)

Yes, that's right! I have my own clay oven! So i don't have to use our toaster oven all the time! I was paranoid about poisoning our food and whatnot and I wanted to have my designated clay oven. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond to get myself a cheap toaster oven for my dorm room and I tested it out and stuff but it kind of made the clay turn a different color and left a tiny burn spot. Then I decided that it wasn't worth it to bring it with me since a) there won't be much space because the top gets hot so that rules out putting anything on top b) I didn't like it very much and c) I probably won't have time to make anything anyways.

So I eventually got around to making those 2 jewelry pieces I mentioned earlier and I went to unpack the toaster oven. My mom put it back in the box since I told her I wasn't going to bring it to college. I was about to start baking when my dad said that we were going to return it! I was like "But i could use it as my designated clay oven..." then he went over to this box and pulled out a Polymer Clay and Craft oven that I had admired at Joann Fabric! He said that it was a gift from my mom...and I thought, "THAT'S what she was buying when she told me I couldn't go shopping with her" lol. I didn't necessarily say I wanted a clay oven...I originally just wanted some cheapo toaster oven. But cheapo toaster oven turned out to be crap quality so polymer clay oven FTW! I'm totally in love with it, I baked those 2 little charms and they came out perfect :) No burns, no funny colors. It's so sad that I only get to use it for today and then I'm leaving tomorrow. Oh well there's always weekends and holidays.

I can't figure out how to make the pictures go where I want them to...they keep going to the top of the post...oh well lol.

Look at the pics of my adorable little dog, Prince! He's a pomeranian :) He's a barker, as most pomeranians are, but i love him to death. I'm really gonna miss him! We are taking him to the vet tomorrow so he can get a bath and xray for his heart murmur and I'm totally gonna cause a scene when I say goodbye...even though I'll see him in 2 weeks or so lol. He's always making some type of noise and it'll feel weird not having his little self greet me when I walk through the door. He likes ice cubes and the cardboard thing in the middle of foil/toilet paper/paper towel rolls which is what's in his mouth in that top pic lol.

I really want to write about the lovely dinner we had today but I'm getting tired. I'll do it tomorrow maybe...if I have time. Big day tomorrow. I'm so sick of packing haha!

I'm going to college...tomorrow!

It's 9:15 AM and I should probably continue packing...but instead I'm here haha. It's weird, I've never been much for blogging but I guess it just makes me feel better. Writing is cathartic after all. Cathartic sounds like a disease. Anyway packing isn't all I should be doing. I've got 2 jewelry pieces I need to make...gotta keep the customers happy. Oh yeah and I also need to finish my summer reading...ideally by tomorrow.

There's another thing I should do...work on chapter 9 of Tenchu: The Flames of Fudo! So far I've only got a few sentences ^^;; I've got a good idea of what I'm going to write it's just not so easy to put the words on paper as it was before. It's really been awhile since I've written fiction...the last things I wrote were like essays for college applications...NOT fun. It's good to be writing about a subject I'm really interested in. Oh and just a little shout out to Eucharion and Dark Kunoichi who reviewed my new chapter yesterday ^_^ it really means a lot to me!

I'll probably post something again later once I start getting even more stressed lol.

Youtube account!

If anyone is interested in my youtube videos then here is the link!:

I've made music videos for games such as Shadow Hearts, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and Tenchu. I think i've even got a video for Harry Potter there somewhere lol. Unfortunately I don't have time to make videos anymore...I simply can't squeeze in time for me to record clips X_x

Hi everyone!

Hey! I'm Nina, also known as Agent Ada Kennedy from fanfiction.net. I've changed my name so many times haha (don't worry though, I'm keeping it as Agent Ada Kennedy). I also abandoned the fanfiction world for like 4 or so years! I know, I know...there's a good chance that my readers abandoned me in return, but I'm hoping that there are a few who haven't forgotten my story Tenchu: The Flames of Fudo!

Today I uploaded a new chapter. It's not very long but the next chapter will definitely be action packed and lengthy! New characters will show up :) I'm pretty excited about their grand entrance.

Another story that I wrote was Tenchu: Sins of Shadows. That one I wrote with a very good friend of mine Miyuki Shinomuri. I have been trying to contact her so that we can finish the story but she hasn't been answering lately. I'll keep trying but if she doesn't answer it seems I'll have to finish it on my own.

On other things, I'm leaving for college on Friday. I'm so nervous! But I'm glad I started writing again. It's good practice and it can be relaxing.

Anyway that's all for now :)
